Service Description: This map service provides information on average broadband upload speeds for Maryland by Zip Code. As part of the Maryland Broadband Mapping Initiative, the purpose of this map service is to show accurate broadband availability data and coverage throughout Maryland. Data on upload and download speeds was gathered using speed test software from Ookla Net Metrics (www.ookla.com).
